Crow Emblem Necklace

This necklace features a leather panel with a hand-carved image of a flying crow. It hangs from an antiqued brass chain and two swivel bolt snaps. My city has a huge population of crows, and I have begun to befriend some of them that roost near where I live and work. They come to eat the nuts & seeds I leave for them, and watch me quizzically as I work. I made this piece to honor them.

As with all of my handmade products, exact dimensions and color may vary slightly. My pieces are finished with a moisture-resistant topcoat, but should be kept dry. It is always possible with hand-dyed vegetable tanned leather that some color may transfer if worn over other fabrics. The topcoat should minimize this, but be aware that some transfer is possible!
